Skatepark Retrospective

Report

Welcome to the Skatepark Retrospective!

Like a day at the skatepark, our sprints are filled with highs, lows, and exhilarating teamwork. Let's reflect on our journey, share our experiences, and prepare for what's next. Let's kick things off with a creative icebreaker before diving into the primary reflection.

Icebreaker: Customize Your Skateboard

  1. Please start by selecting a digital skateboard from our virtual gallery. This board represents your journey through the last sprint.

  2. Customize your skateboard with stickers that reflect your feelings about the last sprint. Feel free to get creative and make it personal! These stickers could represent triumphs, challenges, or simply moments that stood out to you.

  3. Share your skateboard with the team. Briefly explain the choice of stickers. If a sticker sparks a thought in someone else, they're welcome to add it to their board as well.

Let's drop into the vert ramp of reflection, navigate through the rough patches, and aim for that big air trick with the following questions:

  1. Team Dynamics: Reflect on a moment from the last sprint that felt like we were all dropping into a vert ramp together. What made this moment stand out, and how did it feel to be in perfect sync with the team?

  2. Daily Challenges: Think of a daily task that felt like a rough patch in the skatepark. What made it challenging, and how can we smooth the path for a better ride next time?

  3. Ambitious Goals: Looking at our project goals, what feels like attempting a big air trick? What preparations do we need to stick to the landing, and how can we support each other to make it happen?
