High-performing teams often have one thing in common: psychological safety. Psychological safety can be described as the ability to fail safely. That is to say that the focus of failure is the understanding that "everyone is doing the very best they can with the information they have."

But it's hard to get here. How do you help your team commit to creating psychologically safe spaces? This template can help any facilitator create a space that is more psychologicaly safe, by communicating to the entire group that they are each responsible for the creation of the space.
