This is a simple customer journey map template created for home improvement businesses.

This specific example goes over the steps from discovery in a Facebook ad to the sale, for a landscaping company. It will help you see all your customer's touchpoints, and optimize their experience. It's important to see through the eyes of the customer in order to make their experience as easy and efficient as possible.

In the text boxes, input what the customer step is, what they'll be feeling emotionally, what they'll be thinking in that step, and then how you could optimize your service for them at that point. Do this for every step to plan out your customer journey. There is also a section where you can input your metrics for each step to see how you're doing and where you could improve. And finally there is a box at the bottom for you to input changes to be made through what you've learned filling out the map.
