DUNE Retrospective

For DUNE fans. At the beginning, when the team joins the meeting, I recommend playing the DUNE soundtrack in the background to create an atmosphere. Classic retrospective at the end of the sprint. It will not take more than 1h30min with a big team. We will start with the previous action steps, continue with the icebreaker, and then continue with the overview of sprint report metrics (I focus on velocity) so that the team can come to the retro with things that prevented them from achieving the delivery of tasks or sprint goals.
