SCRABBLE RETRO

The game of Scrabble is now a retrospective to use with your teams. Gameplay has been modified to make it suitable for play during a retro.

All 100 letters are visible to everyone at the start of the game because transparency is important to any agile team.

Double Letter Scores

These have been replaced with "What is working well". If you place a letter on any of those squares, then share a topic for discussion.

Double Word Scores

These have been replaced with "What could be improved". If you place a letter on any of those squares, then share a topic for discussion.

Triple Letter Scores

These have been replaced with "Ideas to Try". If you place a letter on any of those squares, then share an idea to try in the near future.

Triple Word Scores

These have been replaced with "Kudos". If you land on one of these squares, give thanks to one of your team members.

Hint:

It's not about winning the game by getting the highest score amongst your team members. Instead, it's about winning as a team as you improve through inspection and adaptation.
