The Los Angeles Lakers Retrospective is a tribute to the most titles NBA franchise together with Boston Celtics.

The Los Angeles Lakers are currently the NBA franchise next to the Boston Celtics with the most NBA trophies, having won the title 17 times in total.

Among the great players we find illustrious names such as Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, LeBron James, Shaquille O'Neal, James Worthy, Pau Gasol, Gail Goodrich and many others. But undoubtedly what has made this franchise special is that they knew how to build great teams to surround these great players.

5 titles in the 50s, 5 more in the 80s and 7 more in the 2000s.

The Lakers represent teamwork, dedication, resilience, passion, leadership, community and respect for teammates like no other.

This Retrospective has four parts:

1. Icebreaker: using the stickies, write the name of your teammates and place them in the position they play in your team. You don't have to limit yourself to one person per position.

2. Mood Check: How many points was the last Sprint. Use the stickies from the Icebreaker.

3. Retrospective: Based on three sections, place your stickies, and then present them to the team.
